Formal Recruitment Timeline

Through a mutual selection process, women will be able to meet all 7 of our sororities and then continue to narrow down their choices as the days progress until bids are extended on October 8th. Women going through recruitment will be led by trained Rho Gammas (recruitment counselors) who commit to disassociate from their sororities for the time being in order to be 100% unbiased during the entire recruitment process.

October 4th - Orientation

Wednesday 7:30PM - 9:00PM

This is where PNMs (Potential New Members) learn about all things recruitment related and get a detailed overview of what the rest of their weekend will consist of. PNMs are also introduced to their Rho Gamma (recruitment counselor) who will guide them throughout the process and help them understand the importance of a values-based recruitment process.

Thursday & Friday 4:00PM - 10:00PM

Over the course of these two days PNMs will be able to meet all seven of our sororities through meaningful conversations. PNMs will get an understanding of what it means to be a Panhellenic woman at UCR.

October 7th - Philanthropy Day

Saturday 11:00AM - 6:00PM

PNMs will meet again with sororities and learn more in depth about what each sorority stands for and which charities/philanthropies they advocate for.
